About
He began his professional career as a Maintenance Planning Engineer at NASAŞ Alüminyum AŞ. For 20 years he held positions at Assan Alüminyum AŞ, a Kibar Holding company, in the fields of production management, plant organization management, and the establishment and management of management systems. He coordinated the implementation of the EFQM Management Model and the receipt of the National Quality Achievement Award at the National Quality Congress in 2003. He also coordinated the implementation of the TPM (Total Productive Management) Model and the receipt of the TPM Award from Japan in 2009. He took part in managing improvement team activities and shop-floor applications, and since 2010 he has been providing training and consultancy services in operational excellence to organizations that value continuity and success in their industry.
He regards achieving Zero Accidents, Zero Breakdowns and Zero Quality Defects as his professional mission. He addresses problems together with the employees of the organizations he advises on increasing organizational productivity and reducing costs, adopting a team-solidarity approach, and supports shop-floor implementations. He has carried out numerous projects and delivered training services in the Metal, Food, Automotive and Supplier Industries, Textiles, Furniture, Construction, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors, public institutions (Municipalities, Governorships, District Governorships and Provincial Special Administrations), Aviation and Logistics sectors. His main area of interest is enabling people's development, improving performance through shop-floor applications, and helping organizations prevent losses, reduce costs and achieve their targets through teamwork and operational excellence. He served as a member of the KalDer Executive Board between 2010 and 2011. In 2010 and 2014 he had the opportunity to visit and benchmark various factories in Japan, received training at TEC (Toyota Engineering Corporation) - Nagoya and participated in workshop activities.
He works as a trainer and consultant in projects within Grupas Gelişim.

Education: Metallurgical and Materials Engineer (ITU)
About
Over 30 years of industrial experience ranging from Quality Control and Production Engineering to General Management.
He began his career as a Quality Control Engineer at the NASAŞ Aluminium Plants and continued at Assan Alüminyum in various roles. Respectively, he served as Process Engineer at the Assan Galvanizing Plants, R&D Engineer at the Assan Aluminium Plants, Casting Operations Manager, Sheet Operations Manager, Resource Planning Manager, Plant Manager and Deputy General Manager responsible for Operations, and took part in various project activities. He completed his professional career as General Manager at İstal Alüminyum.
He took active roles in the work leading to the National Quality Award in 2003 and the TPM Award from JIPM, Japan in 2009, carried out joint studies with universities and research institutions, and presented his work as articles and presentations at various journals, conferences and symposiums.
Since 2007 he has served as a KalDer National Quality Award Assessor.
He works as a trainer and consultant in projects within Grupas Gelişim.

About
He completed his undergraduate education as a Manufacturing Engineer at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Istanbul Technical University in 2014, along with the Mechatronics minor programme at the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
After graduation, he worked for 3 years as an Export Engineer at ERENSAN, a company in the pressure vessel and boiler industry, starting in 2014. He carried out project management and sales-marketing activities for companies in various sectors such as petroleum, chemicals and textiles across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
At the end of 2017, he started working at HILTI as an Energy Sales Engineer and worked there for 2 years. He carried out project management, consultancy and sales-marketing activities for focus customers and institutions in the energy sector such as General Electric, Siemens, ABB, EnerjiSA and TEİAŞ.
As of December 2019, he will serve as Marketing and Sales Manager within Grupas Gelişim.

About
He completed the Computer Engineering undergraduate programme at Istanbul Kemerburgaz University in 2016.
In 2013, he joined the Work And Travel programme and worked at Pizza Hut in the city of Sidney in the United States.
In 2014, he completed a 1.5-month internship at the Directorate General of Press and Information of the Turkish Prime Ministry (new name: Presidency's Directorate of Communications).
In 2016, he participated as a trainee in the Qualified IT Specialist Training (NBUY) Programme jointly organised by Bilge Adam and the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. During the 6-month NBUY Programme he received training in Sql Server 2014, TFS, C# Programming, OOP, Ado.Net, Entity Framework (Db, Model, Code First), Solid & Design Pattern, Scrum, HTML5, Css, Js, Jquery, Ajax, Asp.Net Web Form and Asp.Net MVC, and obtained the "Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3" certificate issued by Microsoft.
From January 2017 to October 2018 he worked as a software developer at Orion Pos Sistemleri Ltd. Şti. During this period he had the opportunity to develop both desktop and mobile applications.

About
He completed Industrial Engineering at ITU in 2000 and an MSc in Business Administration at Bilgi University in 2013. Between 2000 and 2006 he worked at Assan Alüminyum San. Tic. A.Ş. as a Macro Capacity Planning Specialist and then as a Production Planning Specialist. He took part in localization efforts, projects to increase the capacity and quality capabilities of production machines, and cost reduction activities. He was actively involved in the "EFQM Excellence Model" achievement award process and served as project leader for the design of the planning module and its integration into the existing ERP system. Between 2006 and 2009, he worked as an SME Component Specialist in the EU's Financial Support Programme for SMEs' Regional Investments, implemented in Turkey for the first time, carrying out the evaluation and management of SMEs' investment projects. Since 2007 he has served as an Independent Assessor at Development Agencies and the National Agency, taking part in the evaluation, scoring and reporting of more than 200 projects in total according to the required criteria. Between 2009 and 2012 he served as Regional Director at the Merzifon Organized Industrial Zone, acting as Coordinator in the expansion of the zone, the construction of the treatment plant, and the establishment of the Black Sea Region's first cluster and Turkey's first built-in appliances cluster. Between 2013 and 2016, through his own company, he provided business consultancy to more than 40 SMEs on feasibility studies, government incentives, plant layout, productivity projects, occupational safety and legislation. Since 2016 he has been working within Grupas as a Business Consultant on the Turkish projects of Quintiq, one of the world's leading Supply Chain Planning and Optimization software solutions. He also takes part in OpEx, Lean Transformation, Advanced Planning and Scheduling, and Quick Win projects within Grupas.

He completed Industrial Engineering at METU in 1992 and his master's degree at the same university and department in 1996. His thesis was on Quality Management.
Between 1992 and 2000 he worked in leading defence industry companies in Ankara as a Quality Engineer, Reliability Manager and Planning Engineer respectively.
Since 2000 he has been working as a project manager on R&D, software and implementation projects involving both local and foreign solutions. ERP, BPM, mobile solutions, spatial solutions, content management and anti-fraud solutions are among the areas he has worked in.
